BLUE IS STILL LOOKING FOR A HOME

11-month-old and completely deaf Female

Blue needs short walks to strengthen her front right leg after having it pinned and plated due to a broken radius and ulna (11weeks post surgery)

She is sometimes reluctant to go for walks and can be quite stubborn.

She appears not to like the cold, so she wears a jumper to keep her warm on her walks.

She walks nicely on the lead, loves her food, and will try to jump up onto the kitchen sides when dinner is cooking. She appears to have an incredible sense of smell, is a very quick learner, and will do sit, lie and wait commands for a treat.

Her favourite thing to do is sit on the sofa and have cuddles; she is an incredibly loving girl, she loves meeting people, especially children. She has been living with children in her foster home.

She hasn’t had a lot of interaction with other dogs, but the interaction she has had has been positive, and she wants to play.

She likes to play with her toys and family, but spends a large portion of the day asleep.

Due to her deafness, she is hyper vigilant and always likes to have an eye on her foster mum, so she does not like to be left alone at the moment, but I think this can be worked on.

She enjoys going out in the car and getting a Pup Cup from Costa with her foster mum.

She has been socialised in cafes; this still needs working on, but she is making progress. She will be an absolutely wonderful addition to someone’s family.

Plus, she has so much love to give.
